We want to invite everyone to Thanksgiving Lunch this week. Pre-K, Kindergarten, Second Grade, and Fourth Grade will have their lunch on Wednesday, November 18th. First, Third, and Fifth Grades will have Thanksgiving Lunch on Thursday, November 19th. Lunch times can be found on the back of this newsletter.

2 Adults= $5.50 2 Adults and 1 child= $7.15
Please make sure your child is reading nightly. The more a child reads the better reader they will become. The IES Reading Log will specify the amount of reading that should be done nightly. As your child reads and completes Accelerated Reader tests we move them up to a higher reading level. Students who read consistently usually make very good gains in their reading levels. Please continue to practice math facts with your child at home. We already are seeing substantial gains in students’ math abilities from where they were a year ago. Certainly, a firm foundation in math facts has helped attribute to this gain. Thank you in advance for your continued support in this area.
Check-outs
We ask that students not be checked out after 2:00. Often students that are checked out at this time do not get their homework assignments for the next day. We want to make every minute count.
