I attended the University of West Georgia and received my Bachelor's degree in Mental Retardation. I later went back and got my Master's degree in Interrelated. I attended Lincoln Memorial to earn my Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

This is my 17th year teaching. I taught 14 years at Central Elementary School. There, I taught various disabilities. I taught students with severe disabilities my first two years. Then, I moved to preschool age children with disabilities. I have taught students with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities, Autism, and other disabilities for the past 14 years. I moved to Ithica Elementary three years ago when our county decided to try to get the students in our program closer to their home schools. I grew up a Central Lion, but I absolutely love being a Titan!

My name is Kimberly Perry. I have taught students with special needs for the past 17 years. I have been  married to Jamie Perry for 19 years and we have three daughters, Kimberlyn, Kastyn, and Kynslee. I love watching my kids play sports, my husband coach football, shopping, and anything that involves my students! I attend Holy Ground Baptist Church where my family and I are very involved members. I feel that it teaching students with special needs is my calling, and I absolutely love what I do!
