I am Stephanie Langford.  I have been teaching at Ithica Elementary School for 18 years. I attended Georgia State University where I graduated with my Bachelors degree. Working with kids is what I have always wanted to do, whether it be working at a child development center or teaching dance and gymnastics. I found my home at Ithica, once my kids started school.   I have taught Pre-K for 2 years, Kindergarten for 10 years and this is my 5th year in 2nd grade! I love 2nd grade so much!  In my classroom, you can be anything you aspire to be! 

I have been happily married to my husband, Robert, for 25 years.  He is a manager in International Cargo at Delta Airlines. We have two beautiful children, Hannah(23) and Madi (21). Hannah is a junior at UWG. Hannah is a photographer and she and her husband are the proud parents of our first grandchild. Madi is a junior in college, studying dental hygiene. Our dog, Harley, keeps us very busy and on our toes. She is definitely a sassy girl like her sisters, sometimes more!  We love our family time together and try to take a family trip each year.

When I'm not at school, I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love to travel and read!
